He told that the police tried to nab someone from the entrance of the Congress headquarters. The Special CP (Law and Order) also informed that an FIR has been registered regarding damage to public property. He also said that special arrangements have been made for when Rahul Gandhi will appear before the ED on Friday for questioning. Hooda said that such arrangements are being made so that there is no illegal gathering on that day.

Section 144 is still applicable in the area

He said that Section 144 of CrPC is still in force in that area. Therefore, there is a ban on the gathering of people unnecessarily. The police will now go ahead with a complete plan to prevent people from gathering illegally.
