Today once again a hearing was held in the Supreme Court regarding the control of services in Delhi. During the hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, referring to the recent steps of the Aam Aadmi Party government, called it a drama. Mehta argued in the apex court that the Aam Aadmi Party is resorting to theatrics and protesting against LG VK Saxena despite knowing that the matter is pending before a constitutional bench of the Supreme Court. The Solicitor General further said that protests and theatrics cannot be a substitute for court proceedings. The world sees such protests happening in the national capital and it becomes a matter of shame.

Mehta said at the beginning of the hearing that it is a caveat. I shall confine myself to legal representations only. While I am saying this, some incidents are happening in the national capital amid the matter being heard by Your Excellency. Some protests are being held. Mehta termed the protest as "undesirable" and said incidents in the national capital are seen everywhere. Mehta told the bench that 'when the constitution bench is hearing, there should be no protests and dramatic behaviour'.
Accusing Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena of interfering in the functioning of the elected government, Kejriwal had targeted the governor after the protest. Just say yes or no. Kejriwal said that Saxena should not behave like a headmaster checking students' homework.
AAP claimed that Saxena rejected the state government's proposal to send school teachers to Finland for training, but the Lt Governor's office denied the allegation. On the other hand, the proceedings of the first day of the session of the Delhi Legislative Assembly were adjourned for the whole day shortly after the commencement of the session, as the AAP MLAs were repeatedly coming near the Speaker's podium raising slogans against the Lieutenant Governor.
