Delhi: Emergency landing made for flight from IGI Airport to Paris

A flight from Delhi's IGI Airport to Paris made a safe emergency landing at IGI Airport. The flight has returned from the route. There were 218 passengers in the flight. It was AI 143 flight of Air India.

Delhi's AIIMS Hospital, Fire Department and all security agencies have been alerted regarding the emergency. A part of IGI airport has been closed for emergency landing.

IGI Airport District DCP Ravi Kumar Singh has confirmed the emergency landing. It is being told that there was a defect in the air wing of the Air India flight going to Paris. However, the investigation of the matter is going on and only after that complete information will be available. The whole matter was kept secret until the flight landed safely.
