In the case of Kanjhawala girl's death, Delhi Police says that when we traced the route of the deceased girl, it came to light that she was not alone on her scooty. Another girl was with him at the time of the accident. He had minor injuries in the accident. She had gone home after the incident. But the leg of the deceased got stuck in the car, after which the accused dragged him for 13 kms. The legs of the deceased were trapped in the axle of the car. The police have recorded the statement of the friend of the deceased. Now the statement of the girl will be recorded before the magistrate.

When the five accused in the Sultanpuri incident stopped the car near Jonti village on Kanjhawala road, they saw the girl trapped in the car. The accused took the girl out from under the car and threw her there under the open sky in the cold. There was not a single cloth on the girl's body.

In the FIR (number-2/23) registered at Sultanpuri police station, accused Amit and Deepak have told the car owner Ashutosh that they had consumed too much alcohol. He had hit a girl riding a scooty in Kishan Vihar. 

Due to fear, he fled from the spot. The accused did not see that the girl was trapped in the car. On the other hand, the Ministry of Home Affairs has taken cognizance in this matter and has sought a report from the Delhi Police.

The Union Home Ministry has taken cognizance of the Sultanpuri incident. The Home Ministry has sought a report from the Delhi Police. On the other hand, Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora has constituted a special team under the supervision of Special Commissioner of Police Shalini Singh. Delhi Police is going to give report to Delhi Police soon in this matter.

A lot of blood and skin was found in the chassis of the car

Rohini-based Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has inspected the car of the accused. In the chassis of the car, blood has been found under the car from front to back towards the seat next to the driver. Skin parts have been found under the car. A lot of blood has been found. According to FSL officials, the girl was trapped under the under body parts of the car. Beedi and cigarettes have been found from the car.

A large number of people protested for hours in front of the Sultanpuri police station. Apart from paramilitary forces, police force has been deployed in the area. Sultanpuri police station on Monday added sections 304 (culpable homicide) and 120 (criminal conspiracy) to the FIR following people's anger and displeasure of Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena. 

Describing the incident as very sad, Dr. Sagarpreet Hooda, Special Commissioner of Police (Law and Order-II) of Delhi Police said that legal opinion is being taken from experts to get the harshest punishment for the accused.

Many new CCTV footage found

During the investigation, the police also found many new CCTV footage, in which the accused are seen dragging the girl from the car. The police have taken them into custody and are investigating. In one of the footages, the accused are seen taking the car to the other side by taking a U-turn. 

At the same time, since the incident, the family is pleading for justice for the daughter. The family alleges that this is not just a road accident but a conspiracy. The accused have deliberately caused this plight of their daughter.
