After this, a case was registered in the Tehsildar Court against five accused including the father of former District Panchayat member Prem Yadav under Section 67-1. After the notice is pasted, bulldozers can move on these five houses at any time.

According to the Lekhpal's report, in Abhaypur Tola of Fatehpur village, the houses of five people including Rambhavan Yadav, Paramhans Yadav, father of former District Panchayat member Prem Yadav, are built on government land. This includes forest department and an inter college land.

SP met Prem Yadav's family

On Thursday, the fourth day of Fatehpur mass murder, many SP leaders went to Abhaypura and met the family of deceased former District Panchayat member Prem Yadav. He consoled the wife and children of the deceased and demanded fair action from the government in the case. After meeting Prem's family, the SP leader also went to the other party's house at Ledha, the site of the incident.

At 11 am, SP leader, former minister Rambhual Nishad, Pradeep Yadav reached Abhaypura and expressed condolences to Prem Yadav's wife and his children. He also visited Satyaprakash Dubey's house. He said that this incident is extremely condemnable and unfortunate. The negligence of the police administration is clearly visible behind the incident. Fair action should be taken in the matter.
