Through the notice, along with imposing fine on the accused, one day's time till Saturday has been given to reply.

It has been said that if the government land is not vacated within the stipulated period, the bulldozer of the administration will be used. After the notice was pasted, there was a stir in the village. In the case of constructing a house on government land, a fine of Rs 31 thousand has been imposed on Prem Yadav and Rs 39 thousand has been imposed on four other accused. The fine amount has to be deposited by Saturday.

Actually, the accountant has reported that these accused have built a house on government land. After this, a case was registered in the Tehsildar Court against five accused including the father of former District Panchayat member Prem Yadav under Section 67-1. After the notice is pasted, bulldozers can move on these five houses at any time.

According to the Lekhpal's report, in Abhaypur Tola of Fatehpur village, the houses of five people including Rambhavan Yadav, Paramhans Yadav, father of former District Panchayat member Prem Yadav, are built on government land. This includes forest department and an inter college land.

Police have so far arrested 20 accused out of 27 named and 50 unidentified people from one party in the incident. The search for 50 unidentified persons, including seven named ones, is being carried out rapidly. Police are keeping an eye on those meeting the family members of former District Panchayat member Prem Yadav. Women are staring at the vehicles of officers coming and going to the village.

On Thursday, the fourth day of Fatehpur mass murder, many SP leaders went to Abhaypura and met the family of deceased former District Panchayat member Prem Yadav. He consoled the wife and children of the deceased and demanded fair action from the government in the case. After meeting Prem's family, the SP leader also went to the other party's house at Ledha, the site of the incident.

At 11 am, SP leader, former minister Rambhual Nishad, Pradeep Yadav reached Abhaypura and expressed condolences to Prem Yadav's wife and his children. He also visited Satyaprakash Dubey's house. He said that this incident is extremely condemnable and unfortunate. The negligence of the police administration is clearly visible behind the incident. Fair action should be taken in the matter. At one o'clock in the day, SP District President Vyas Yadav, Avnish Yadav, Sikandar Yadav, Ramvriksh Rajbh, Ramkewal Yadav reached Abhaypur and met Prem Yadav's wife Sheela and expressed condolences.
