A drone fell at Delhi's Jasola Vihar metro station at around 3 pm today, due to which the metro service was stopped.

A drone fell on Delhi's Jasola Vihar Metro Station on Sunday, due to which the Metro service on this route was stopped for some time. Today in the afternoon around 3 o'clock the drone fell at the metro station. When the police examined the drone, it was found that it was a drone of a pharmaceutical company. Samples of some medicines were being sent from him. However, now metro service has started again on this route. Police is investigating the case.

DMRC to news agency ANI said that services on Magenta Line have become normal. Due to security reasons, services were affected between Jasola Vihar and Shaheen Bagh to Botanical Garden Metro Station. Police said that information about the drone is being taken from the pharmaceutical company. Along with this, information will also be taken about the permission to fly the drone. Metro services have been affected due to the drone falling on the route. Further investigation is going on in this matter.

At around 2.50, the DMRC tweeted that it was informed that Metro operations would be affected so that passengers do not face any trouble. Magenta Line update services are not available between Jasola Vihar Shaheen Bagh to Botanical Garden due to security reasons. Metro is running normally on all other lines. After about an hour, DMRC tweeted that the metro has started running again.
