A major action by ED is going on against Sujit Bose, a minister in the Mamata Banerjee government of West Bengal and leader of the Trinamool Congress. The Central Investigation Agency is conducting raids at their locations in Kolkata. Apart from this, ED has also raided the house of another party leader early in the morning. Central agency raids are also going on at the house of Trinamool leader Tapas Roy. The action is being taken in connection with the alleged municipality job scam. More details are awaited.
