Ganga can cross the danger mark at Hathidah at any time

The danger mark in Hathidah is 41.76 meters, where the water level of the Ganges was 41.68 meters at 6 am on Monday. It increased to 41.74 meters at 6 pm. Here the Ganges was just two centimeters below the danger mark. After Gandhi Ghat, now the Ganges can cross the danger mark at Hathidah at any time.

Water also increased in Maner, Fatua

On the other hand, the danger mark of Ganga in Maner is 52.00 meters, where the water level of Ganga was 51.54 meters at 6 am. The water level rose to 51.57 meters at 4 pm. By this time the water level rose by three centimeters. Here the Ganges is flowing less than half a meter from the danger mark. The danger mark at Digha Ghat is 50.45 metres, where it was flowing with a water level of 49.78 metres. The water level here remained the same till 5 pm. The danger mark at Fatuha's Katayaghat is 47 meters, where the water level of the Ganges was 46.90 meters at 6 am.

Water came from Bind Toli to Ghats

Due to the rise in the water level of Ganga in the city, Kurji Bind Toli has been flooded. Dozens of houses of Bind Toli are also filled with water. People have been forced to move out and live on the road and other places. About 500 people live in this area. Apart from Bind Toli, Ganga has reached near Ashok Rajpath in Digha, Kurji and LCT Ghats.
