The difficulties of Mafia Mukhtar Ansari and his family are only increasing. On Thursday, a team of officials headed by Deputy District Magistrate Bharat Bhargava pasted a notice on Hotel Mid Town, owned by the Ansari family located in Muhammadabad Yusufpur Bazar, warning them not to open the hotel until the No Objection Certificate is received. After the closure of the hotel, the authorities got a government property board installed at the illegal plotting sites in Pokhri and Kazitola, which has created quite a stir in the area.

On July 1, the police-administration raided the hotel under the leadership of the Deputy District Magistrate. The officers of Revenue Department, Labor Enforcement Department, Municipal Council, Electricity Department, State Tax Department, Police and Fire Brigade had submitted the report to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate after conducting investigations related to their respective departments. On the basis of this report, a notice has been issued by the Executive Officer of Nagar Palika Parishad, Muhammadabad, in which it has been said that in the investigation of the hotel, it was found that no measures related to electrical safety and fire safety have been taken. Same, GST registration is also expired.

In such a situation, it is not possible to operate the hotel among the population. Do not operate the hotel until the no-objection certificate from these departments is submitted. After this the hotel was closed. At the same time, after this the team of officers reached Pokhri and Kajitola located in Aktahiya. Where a board of government property was put up at the illegal plotting site done by Mukhtar's close friends, which has created quite a stir in the area. On this occasion, Deputy Collector Bharat Bhargava, Regional Officer Hitendra Krishna, Executive Officer Virendra Kumar Rao, Dr. Raj Kumar Rawat, Kotwal Ghananand Tripathi etc. were present.
