Security agencies have said that terrorists can carry out the attack using festival items. The IB had earlier warned of a possible terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir by Lashkar-e-Khalsa, a new terror outfit affiliated with the IS. Last week, agencies had said that Lashkar-e-Khalsa was specially created by IS to carry out terror activities in India.
