Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for Chief Minister Hemant Soren before a bench of Justice UU Lalit and Justice S Ravindra Bhatt, said the petition filed in the
High Court was baseless as the role of the petitioner was in doubt. He urged the court to stay the decision of the Jharkhand
High Court and impose fine on the petitioner. The bench fixed August 17 as the date of hearing.
