Mother Dairy has once again given a jolt to the common people. Milk prices have increased again in Delhi-NCR.
In a major blow to consumers in the National Capital Region (NCR), Mother Dairy has increased the prices of full cream, toned and double toned milk by Rs 2. These rates will be applicable from Tuesday. At the same time, there has been no change in the prices of cow's milk and token milk. Earlier in November, Mother Dairy had decided to increase the price of full cream milk by Re 1 per liter and token milk by Rs 2 per litre.
Let us inform that Mother Dairy has increased the prices of milk five times in the year 2022. Prior to the latest hike, prices were increased in the months of March, August, October and November. On rising prices again and again, common people say that an essential thing like milk is now becoming beyond the reach of the poor.
