The information about the incident of fire in the coaching center of Mukherjee Nagar spread very fast. Even many students present in Mukherjee Nagar were informed about the incident by relatives from Maharashtra and Patna. The students told that after getting the information about the incident, their relatives were very upset. Anticipating any untoward incident, he immediately called and inquired about his well-being.

Maharashtra resident Vikas told that I am preparing for SSC by staying in Indra Vikas Colony. Was preparing to go to coaching at the time of the incident. Meanwhile, called the mother. The mother told about the fire and said that many children were trapped in the building. After telling my mother about my safety, I immediately reached the coaching center. Sameer Yadav, a resident of Patna, told that I was in the library at the time of the incident. Meanwhile, the mother made a WhatsApp call and seeing her safe and sound, tears came out of her eyes. When asked the reason for crying from the mother, she informed about the fire.

Most of the private coaching institutes of the capital are playing with the lives of the students in the name of improving their future. Narrow staircases to enter multi-storey buildings, small entry and exit routes, students crammed into small rooms are common conditions in these coaching institutes. In such a situation, a small spark can turn into a big accident. The Mukherjee Nagar accident is also an example of this. There was so much chaos in the coaching class just because of the smoke that the children were forced to come down from the fifth floor with the help of a rope to save their lives.

Local residents say that the accident happened in the Gyan Building, but there are many buildings of four-five storeys, which have only one door for entry and exit. At the entrance itself, electricity meter and wire mesh and hundreds of AC-coolers keep ringing alarm bells.

1000 students being taught simultaneously

Most of the class rooms in coaching centers are small. It has a seating capacity of 200-400 children, but more than 1000 children are being taught simultaneously. In the greed of money, the operators teach more and more children in a batch. Recently, Ajab Academy had also made a complaint about Christopher Phoenix Coaching Institute to the Prime Minister's Office. It has been said in the complaint letter that in every batch two thousand children are taught simultaneously. In such a situation, a big accident can happen at any time. Not only a short circuit, if an earthquake strikes, things can get worse.
