NIA Court: Mohsin Ahmed, an alleged active member of ISIS, has been sent to 30 days of judicial custody by the NIA Court today. Mohsin Ahmed was arrested by the NIA on 6th of this month. He was arrested from Batla House and after the end of his remand, he was produced in the court on Tuesday.

Mohsin is a staunch member of ISIS

The investigating officer told the court that Mohsin Ahmed was arrested from his residence in Delhi on charges of collecting funds for the terrorist organization from sympathizers in India as well as abroad and sending it to Syria and other places in the form of crypto currency. it was done. Further investigation is on in this matter. The NIA says that Ahmed is a hardline and active member of ISIS.

Mohsin was arrested during the search operation

Let us inform that Mohsin Ahmed was arrested by the NIA team during a search operation at his present residence, Japanese Gali, Jogabai Extension, Batla House, New Delhi. The NIA says that Mohsin was arrested in a case related to online and on-the-ground activities of ISIS. The NIA had registered the case on June 25 this year taking suo motu cognizance. Let us tell you that in July this year, the NIA had searched 13 premises of suspects in 6 states in connection with activities related to ISIS. The raids were conducted in six states including Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Bihar, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.
