Congress President Sonia Gandhi will not be questioned in the National Herald case today. Let us tell you, Sonia Gandhi had written a letter to the ED citing her ill health, appealing to extend the time for questioning, which has been accepted by the ED. In fact, Sonia Gandhi was summoned by the ED on June 23 in an alleged money laundering case related to the National Herald newspaper. Now Sonia will be questioned on some next date. However, no information has been given by the ED regarding the new summons.

Sonia cited poor health: It is worth mentioning that in the past, Sonia Gandhi was infected with Coronavirus and was admitted to the hospital. After this his health is improving but doctors have appealed to him to take rest. Congress President Sonia Gandhi then urged the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to extend the date of her appearance by a few weeks due to her ill health.

Jairam Ramesh tweeted: Here, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said in a tweet from his Twitter handle that, after Sonia Gandhi was admitted to the hospital due to corona and lung infection, doctors have now advised rest at home. In such a situation, the Congress President today wrote a letter to the ED saying that the date of his appearance should be extended for the next few weeks till he becomes completely healthy.

To be produced today: Significantly, Congress President Sonia Gandhi was summoned by the ED on June 23 i.e. today in connection with the alleged money laundering case related to the National Herald newspaper. Sonia was recently admitted to a private hospital in Delhi due to health issues related to Kovid-19, from where she was discharged on Monday evening.
