Taking an important decision, the state government has given its approval for the formation of a high-level committee for the purchase of a new helicopter and a jet aircraft for the Directorate of Civil Aviation. A high-level committee will be constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary; In which Additional Chief Secretary level officers of many departments will be involved as members.

Please tell that at present there is a helicopter of the state government which is lying damaged. Right now the state government uses hired helicopters. Giving information about the cabinet's decision, Siddharth, Additional Chief Secretary of the Cabinet Secretariat Department, said that a decision has been taken to buy 10 to 12 seater helicopters and aircraft. Apart from this, the cabinet has also approved the creation of 16 74 posts for the clerical cadre of regional offices in the education department.

Along with this, three important agendas of the Industries Department have also got the consent of the cabinet. Under this, a company will be set up in Bhagwanpur for technical textiles. The cabinet has given its approval to the amount of 44 crore 28 lakhs on this. Along with this, ethanol unit will be set up in Nalanda and Muzaffarpur and for the purpose of setting up this unit, 96 crore 92 lakh for Nalanda, 135 crore 62 lakh for Muzaffarpur has been approved by the cabinet.

Apart from this, the Nitish cabinet has extended the service period of Anil Kumar, Chief Architect of the Building Construction Department, for one year. Anil Kumar was retiring on 31 December. Nitish cabinet has also decided to enter into an MoU between the Building Construction Department and National Informatics Center i.e. NIC Patna. Its purpose is to materialize project management information system online in residence and online housing tax and collection system under the building construction department, such as maintenance, change, technical upgradation and service expansion of the information management system being used by various industries. 

In accordance with the cadre structure for the clerks working in the regional office of the Education Department, approval has been given to create 462 posts of upper-class clerks by converting 670 posts out of the earlier sanctioned posts. Along with this, along with marking 161 posts of head clerk and 40 posts of office superintendent, the clerks working in the office will also get a chance to progress. With this, the working style of the regional office will be even better and the tasks can be executed effectively.
