Politics intensifies on Kashmiri Pandits, Asaduddin Owaisi targets central government

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi attacked the central government on the attack on minorities in Jammu and Kashmir. Awaisi said that the Modi government is responsible for the situation that has happened in Kashmir today. The Modi government is not taking lessons from history, which was the mistake that happened in 1989, while the Narendra Modi government is making the same mistake again. The central government is only promoting the film, and sees Kashmiri Pandits only as election issues.


Owaisi told what happened in 1989

Owaisi said that even in 1989 the political outlet was closed and politicians from the Valley were not allowed to speak. The 1987 election was rigged and its result was seen in 1989. He said, the central government is only promoting the film and you feel that the promotion of the film will benefit Kashmiri Pandits. Such things are promoting terrorism. The responsibility of this lies on the Modi government.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted attack

On Thursday, former President of the Center Rahul Gandhi has also attacked by tweeting. Rahul Gandhi said that those who have to protect Kashmiri Pandits have no time to promote the film. He also claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party has made Kashmir only its ladder of power. At the same time, through the tweet, in gestures, targeted Home Minister Amit Shah. Shah had watched Akshay Kumar starrer Samrat Prithviraj at a special screening here on Wednesday.


8 people were killed in the month of May

In Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists shot dead a bank employee with ties to Rajasthan in the bank premises on Thursday. Earlier on May 31, terrorists shot dead Hindu teacher Rajni Bala from Samba district of Jammu at Gopalpur in Kulgam district. Earlier on May 12, Rahul Bhat was shot dead inside the Tehsildar's office in Chadoora tehsil of Budgam district. In Kashmir, since May 1, eight cases of targeting and killing people have been reported. These included five civilians and three policemen.
