After the FIR was registered, the accused along with the family fled. The police found his mobile location in Madhya Pradesh. It was learned that Parmar along with the entire family was hiding in the Mahakal temple from where he was arrested.

The accused and the victim went to the room on May 26 at 1.05 am. On the evening of May 27, the girl lodged a complaint against Parmar at the police station. The victim has alleged that she was forced to have sex. The police is busy collecting evidence.
