The fire of violence has again flared up in Manipur. Five people, including a policeman, have died in the latest incidents of violence. There 12 people have been injured. People have died in incidents of firing after violence broke out in different areas of the state. Let us tell you that Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh had recently said in a statement that 40 Kuki tribe terrorists have been killed in an encounter with the security forces. The very next day of the CM's statement, there was violence again in the state.

According to media reports, the hand of terrorists of some extremist organizations is being told behind the latest violence. The terrorists fired with state-of-the-art weapons, which resulted in the death of five people, including a policeman. One person was killed and one injured in the violence in Feng area of Imphal West district. A policeman was killed and a policeman was injured in the violence in Suganu area of Kakching district. Six civilians have also been injured here.
In Suganu itself on Sunday morning, a mob burnt the houses of people of Kuki tribe in five villages. In Imphal West itself, the house of BJP MLA KH Raghumani Singh was set ablaze by an angry mob. After the violence in Uripok here, the police released tear gas shells to control the crowd. Two people were injured here too. Incidents of violence took place at Kangvi in Churachandpur district, Sagomang in Imphal East, Nungoipokpi in Bishenpur, Khurkhal in Imphal West.
Around 80 houses belonging to the Meitei community were torched by extremists at Serou, Suganu in Kakching district. After which police was deployed in the area. There are also reports of encounter between the police and the people of the militant organization at some places.

Due to which the army has come to know that the militant organizations are preparing for a major attack and they plan to use humans as shields in that attack.
