the people of Bihar have started reminding Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav of his old promises. Then whether it is a matter of 10 lakh jobs

It has been two days for the Grand Alliance government in Bihar. Since the formation of the new government, the people of Bihar have started reminding Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav of his old promises. Then whether it is a matter of 10 lakh jobs, loan waiver of farmers or abolishing the provision of job on contract. These questions are being asked to Tejashwi Yadav because all these were included in his election manifesto.

In such a situation, today we will tell you what changes can happen in the government after coming with new ally Tejashwi Yadav? Will Tejashwi fulfill his election promises? What is the opposition saying on these promises? Let's know...

What did Tejashwi say on 10 lakh jobs?

During the 2020 assembly elections, Tejashwi Yadav had promised that if his government comes, he will give employment to 10 lakh people in Bihar. Tejashwi tweeted on 27 September 2020. It was written, 'Will give jobs to 10 lakh youth of Bihar with the first pen in the first cabinet. There are already 4 lakh 50 thousand vacancies in Bihar. According to the standards of national average in other departments including education, health, home department, there is a dire need of five lakh 50 thousand recruitments in Bihar.

Now that Tejashwi has come in the government. He is the Deputy CM himself. In such a situation, it is obvious that people will question him on 10 lakh jobs. Even before Tejashwi was sworn in, the opposition BJP started besieging him on this issue. In a conversation with a news channel, Tejashwi said, 'Yes! We had promised that the first decision would be to provide jobs as soon as we become the CM of Bihar. Now I am the Deputy CM of the state. I have spoken to CM Nitish Kumar. We have discussed since two days. We have discussed with him about unemployment. They are very serious about this.

In another statement, Tejashwi said, "The trust vote is still pending. We will try to give jobs to as many people as possible. At least 4-5 lakh people can be given jobs.

In another statement, Tejashwi said, 'We will fulfill the promise of 10 lakh jobs. When I made this promise, I said that if I become the Chief Minister, I will fulfill this promise. Right now I am the Deputy Chief Minister.

And which promise will Tejashwi-Nitish Kumar fulfill?
Will farmers' loans be waived? Tejashwi Yadav also announced loan waiver for farmers during the 2020 assembly elections. He had said that if his government is formed, he will waive the loans of farmers. Now their government has been formed. In such a situation, speculations are being made that in the first meeting of the cabinet, he can take a big decision regarding loan waiver of farmers. It is said that for this, Tejashwi has already started putting pressure on Nitish Kumar behind the scenes.

Will the contractual recruitment process end? ,Tejashwi Yadav had also promised to cancel the contractual recruitment process. It was said that after the formation of the government, privatization will be abolished from all the departments. A news channel also tried to talk to Tejashwi about this. However, he did not give a clear answer to this. Said that now the government has been formed. Let's see what can happen next.

Reservation of 85 percent in jobs for Biharis: During the 2020 assembly elections, RJD had promised that if their government is formed, they will give 85 percent reservation to Biharis in the jobs coming out in Bihar. In such a situation, it is possible that the government of Tejashwi and Nitish Kumar will take a decision regarding this too.

Unemployment allowance to youth:Tejashwi Yadav had also promised unemployment allowance to the youth. It was said that unemployment allowance of Rs 1500 will be given to the youth every month if the government is formed. Economically, the position of Bihar is very weak right now. In such a situation, it is very difficult to fulfill this promise.

Promise to increase pension: RJD had promised to increase the pension to the elderly and poor from Rs 400 to Rs 1000 per month during the 2020 assembly elections. After the formation of the government by Nitish Kumar, it was increased to 500. Now people are asking Tejashwi that when will he increase this 500 to one thousand rupees.

Will the government be able to fulfill its promises?

We asked the same question to Diwakar Jha, a senior journalist from Bihar. “There is a big difference between making a promise and keeping it. Promises are political, but when it comes to running the government, decisions have to be taken after looking at many facts. The economic condition in Bihar is not good right now. In such a situation, many challenges are going to come in front of Tejashwi in fulfilling the promises. If we go by figures and facts, I don't think Tejashwi will be able to fulfill all his promises. Yes, by fulfilling some promises, he will definitely try to tell that he has worked for the people.
