It was in the imposing SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, before the match between the local team and Paraguay, where the main opening of the 2026 World Cup was held. And the show did not disappoint.
With a gigantic replica of the golden trophy as a backdrop, the ceremony started with the power of Future and Tyla, who performed “Game Time” in an energetic first segment.
The party continued with a second act of global reach: the Thai Lisa, Anitta and the Nigerian Rema united continents to the rhythm of “Goals”, one of the official songs of the World Cup album.
In this way, Lisa became the first K-pop singer at a World Cup and did not disappoint the public or the spectators.

After the first segment of the show, it was Katy Perry's turn, who sang minutes before the game and also sang the United States anthem.
