Mexican journalist Juan Jose Origel decided to interrupt his vacation in Spain to answer questions about his opinion on the confirmed romance between his nephew, TV host Luis Carlos Origel, and his friend and colleague Andrea Legarreta. What did I say? Here's the story.

It was through his official Instagram profile that the renowned broadcaster posted a video in which he decided to share some details about the romance, including that he suspected the love story even before his nephew told him.

“When my nephew called me to give me the news, I said, well, I suspected it too, but since he wasn't telling me anything, I couldn't say anything. Now I can say that I have a niece, my niece Andrea Legarreta, I love her very much,” he said in the video, which quickly generated a stir on social media.

With his characteristic straightforwardness, Pepillo Origel stated that he is more than happy with the news, as the star of the show “Hoy” is someone he has known and appreciated for several years.

“I've known Andrea for many years, because I met her family, her mother, the beautiful Chabelita, a charming woman, her father, my namesake Juan, a great man, she really is a "A very close-knit family. Andrea is a great mother, she's been 100% there for her daughters, she adores them. Honestly, it's a family like ours, one of those traditional and united families," he said about the Mexican woman.
