The MPs who were committing uproar in the Rajya Sabha are now likely to take strong action. Vice-President and Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu is likely to take action against the members of Parliament who have made a loud furore over the agricultural bills by keeping the dignity of the Upper House (Rajya Sabha) in check.

Explain that the opposition parties today opposed the agricultural bills passed by the Rajya Sabha. Which was the Farmers '(Empowerment and Protection) Convention Bill on Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill 2020, and the Price Assurance and Agricultural Services Bill, passed by voice vote in Rajya Sabha.

AAP, TMC and DMK MPs create ruckus in the House

Damaging the dignity of Parliament, the MPs along with Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Derek O'Brien, Congress MP Ripun Bora, AAP MP Sanjay Singh and DMK MP Tiruchi Siva went to the Well of Deputy Speaker Harivansh Narayan and snatched the foot note. Slogans were raised against the Deputy Chairman and tore the papers on his desk.

The Rajya Sabha proceedings were halted for 10 minutes due to the uproar in the House. Only after this the agricultural bills were finally passed.

BJP also expressed objection

According to sources in the news agency ANI, Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu is very upset with the incident and expressed the possibility of taking action against the MPs who created a ruckus in the House and raised slogans against the Deputy Speaker and kept the papers on their table. Are torn also. The BJP is also unhappy with the manner in which the opposition MPs protested and tried to halt the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha.
