Today is the 8th day of the monsoon session of Parliament. On Sunday, 8 members of the opposition who created uproar in the Rajya Sabha have been suspended by the Speaker Venkaiah Naidu for a week. These actions were done by the Chairman Derek O'Brien, Sanjay Singh, Rajiv Satava, K.K. Ragesh, Ripun Bora, Dola Sen, Syed Nazir Hussain and Elamram Karim. Along with this, the Chairman has also rejected the motion of no confidence against Harivansh, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha. He said that yesterday was the worst day for the Rajya Sabha. The conduct of some members crossed all limits of etiquette, damaging the reputation of the House.

BJP MP raised the issue of extremism

BJP MP in Lok Sabha Satyapal Singh said that we know what happened in North East. How things changed in the last 50 years and a particular religion grew rapidly. There are government and intelligence reports on how insurgency has increased with the money of FCRA.

Performance of suspended MPs

Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu is staging a sit-in in front of the suspended eight opposition Gandhi statue. Earlier suspended parliaments created a ruckus in the Rajya Sabha, due to which the proceedings have been adjourned till tomorrow.

The sexual abuse case against Anurag Kashyap has reached Parliament. BJP MP Roopa Ganguly staged a protest in front of the Gandhi statue in the Parliament complex demanding action. He said that the Mumbai film industry would kill someone, make someone drink cannabis, someone would drink cocaine and speak up Sushant Singh committed suicide. The girls are humiliated here and the Mumbai Police does not take any action on this.

Incidents of theft in MP's bungalows

In a written reply in the Rajya Sabha, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G.P. Kishan Reddy said that between 1 January 2020 and 31 July 2020, there were 13 incidents of theft and other crimes in MP's flats / bungalows in New Delhi. The Delhi Police has taken concrete measures to control crime.

Commotion of suspended MPs

The MPs who were suspended even after the action taken by the Speaker are present in the House. The Deputy Speaker is asking 8 MPs to leave the House. Angered by the action, MPs of opposition parties are creating ruckus in the house.

Rajya Sabha proceedings adjourned

Rajya Sabha MP V. Muralitharan said that the suspended members had no right to stay in the House. The House cannot function in the presence of non-members. Deputy Speaker Harivansh urged the members nominated by the Speaker not to participate in the proceedings of the House. The house has been adjourned till 10.36 am following an uproar by opposition MPs.

Misbehavior and malicious behavior of MPs

Yesterday was a very bad day for the Rajya Sabha when some members came to the Well of the House. The deputy chairman was lynched. They were prevented from doing their work. This is very unfortunate and condemnable. I suggest to MPs, please do a little introspection.

Action on MPs committing uproar

Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu, while administering the commotion yesterday, suspended him from the session for a week. The Chairman said that if the Marshals are not called at the right time tomorrow, I am troubled by what happens to the Vice President.

Complaint against opposition members

The proceedings of Rajya Sabha have started. JD (U) MP Harivansh was elected as deputy speaker for the second consecutive time on 14 September, the first day of the monsoon session. After his election, both the opposition and the opposition had praised him and expected fair treatment in the House.

Drastic action on opposition MPs

Speaker Venkaiah Naidu will resolve the latest deadlock arising out of the no-confidence motion against Harivansh of the opposition parties, but the indications from the Rajya Sabha Secretariat make it clear that before the no-confidence motion case, the Speaker takes drastic action against the opposition MPs who created uproar in the House Can.
