NITI Aayog's Aspirational District Program Fellow Siddhant Kumar said that this examination was conducted to assess the qualifications of teachers in the designated districts. Its aim is to improve quality. Math test has been taken now. English will also be tested. Examination questions will be prepared by the team of these teachers only.
According to the information, in August 2020, mathematics teachers of various government schools in Garhwa district were tested. The result was released in September. There were only 75 teachers who got 45 scores out of a total of 1342 in the examination. The remaining teachers have been warned to improve their performance. The performance of mathematics teachers of government schools of Ranka, Badgarh, Dandai block has been poor.
The average score of the district's teachers has been 30.91 as against 50. It is worth noting that questions related to addition, subtraction, multiplication, division as well as decimals etc. were asked in the online examination. Most teachers could not answer this correctly. The permanent and contractual teachers attended the examination.

The result of the matriculation released in 2019 was the better performance of Garhwa district. Here 71.94 percent students passed and Garhwa was ranked ninth in 24 districts. But in 2020, Garhwa reached 22nd position in 24 districts of the state in matriculation examination results. That is, from bottom to third number. Only 66.67 percent of the children passed here.
