Chief Minister Hemant Soren has said that the central government has marred the federal structure through the Agriculture Bill. Ugulan will be on the road against this bill. Mr. Soren was addressing the press on the agricultural bill in Project Bhawan on Friday. The Chief Minister said that the Central Government is continuously ignoring the states. Agriculture is also a matter of states along with the Center, but neither the state government nor the farmers were consulted on it. This bill has been passed on Yen-Ken-type and has been imposed on the farmers of the country.
The Center knew that this bill would be opposed. Therefore, deliberately chose the Corona era and on June 5 issued the first ordinance and forcibly passed the bill. Mr. Soren has said that all the farmers' unions in the country called for a Bharat Bandh on Friday against the agricultural bill. Protests have started all around. The way the Central Government has misused the powers conferred by the Constitution, it has been seen for the first time after independent India. It is hooliganism and dictatorship.
The Chief Minister said that there are strong reactions from the State Governments and people against the Central Government. It is not understood in which direction PM Modi is trying to take the country. At present, GST has also not been implemented properly in the country. Reports of crores of scams in GST are coming from all over the country.

Contract farming will increase farmers' suicide: On the issue of contract farming, CM said that it is contract farming. The plight of contract workers can be seen in the state. This will not benefit the farmers. The merchant will encourage the farmers by giving them seeds, money and will buy his produce. If the contract is broken, where will the farmers get justice? If Adani-Ambani signed with Mangra-Munda and did not fulfill the conditions, the tribals would continue to walk around the court. Farmers will have no choice but to commit suicide.
CM said - Agriculture is the subject of the state: CM said that the Central Government arbitrarily imposed the agricultural bill on the country. This can be done only in three circumstances. First, when there is an emergency in the country. Secondly, a change in agricultural policy has been requested by the state governments and thirdly, when two-thirds of the MPs said that the agricultural policy should be changed in the interest of the country. But nothing like this has happened anywhere. The Chief Minister, citing the Chanakya policy, said that the people of the country whose king is a businessman will be beggars.
The bill was imposed in the whole country: On being asked to implement the agricultural bill in Jharkhand, CM said: Where is the matter of implementation? This has been imposed in the whole country. He said that the state government is arranging the market at the village level with NABARD. So that no middleman is needed. For this, a plan of Rs 250 crore has been made.
