IPL 2020: Cricketers of Jharkhand are waving the IPL, know who is associated with which team

 The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the world's most popular cricket league, has started. This time this league is being played in UAE due to Kovid-19. Since the first edition of this league started in 2008, Jharkhand's cricketers have also been showing fire on behalf of different teams. This time also eight players from Jharkhand are playing on behalf of different teams in the league.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been retained by Chennai Super Kings. Fast bowler Monu Kumar is also included in this team. Saurabh Tiwari, Ishan Kishan and Suchit Roy are associated with Mumbai Indians. Varun Aaron will play for Rajasthan Royals. On the other hand, Shahbaz Nadeem and young batsman Virat Singh will be seen playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni (CSK)

Dhoni, who is getting better in his game with increasing age, has played in all the editions of IPL till now. Along with being the captain of his team, Dhoni is also a 'batting powerhouse'. He has the ability to destroy any bowling attack. He has made CSK champion three times (2010, 2011 and 2018) under his captaincy. He has played 192 matches so far and has scored 4461 runs at an average of 42.48. He has hit 297 fours and 212 sixes.

Saurabh Tiwari (Mumbai Indians)

Left-handed batsman Saurabh Tiwari, who was the captain of Jharkhand Ranji team, is known for his 'hard hitting'. Saurabh, who was part of the 2008 Under-19 World Cup squad, scored 419 runs in 16 matches of the third season of IPL for Mumbai Indians. Saurabh Tiwari has played a total of 83 matches so far and has scored 1339 runs at an average of 28.48. Saurabh Tiwari has hit 97 fours and 47 sixes in these 83 matches.

Monu Kumar (CSK)

Jharkhand fast bowler Varun Aaron has been upset due to his injury. Rajasthan Royals added Varun to him in the last season for 20 million and retained it for this season. Varun Aaron has played 47 matches in IPL so far and has taken 42 wickets at an economy rate of 8.74.

Shahbaz Nadeem (Sunrisers Hyderabad)

Left-handed Jharkhand spinner Shahbaz Nadeem is playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad this time. In the last session of IPL, Hyderabad was given a transfer amount of 3.20 crores by Shahbaz to Delhi Capitals. Nadeem has played 64 IPL matches so far and has taken 42 wickets.
