The online banking facility of State Bank of India (SBI) has been affected. The bank has given information about this by tweeting. SBI said that the core banking system is being delayed due to the connectivity issue. All channels except ATM and POS have been affected. We appeal to our customers to be patient. Normal service will resume soon. However, this has not affected the ATM and POS machines.




SBI is the largest commercial bank in the country in terms of assets, deposits, branches, customers and employees. The bank had a total deposit of Rs 34 lakh crore as on 30 June 2020. Current and Savings Account (CASA) ratio is more than 45 percent. Its borrowing is close to Rs 24 lakh crore.

SBI, the country's largest bank, has more than 22 thousand branches across the country. More than 6.6 crore SBI customers use mobile banking and ATM facilities.

State Bank of India has introduced special features on SBI YONO app, so that customers can know the details of their bank account without logging into the app. The SBI YONO app is now a pre-login feature, which means that you can now check your account balance, check passbook and make transactions without having to log in.
