The dispute between the actress who accused Bollywood actress Richa Chadha and film director Anurag Kashyap has now ended. Both parties have decided to end the issue with mutual consent. According to news agency ANI, Richa Chadha's case filed against the actress has now been withdrawn. Both sides have ended this case here by signing the consent papers. At the same time, according to the news of PTI, Payal also apologized to Richa, withdrawing his statement. However, earlier Payal refused to apologize to Richa.

How the controversy started:

The controversy began when the actress filed a case against film director Anurag Kashyap alleging sexual harassment. In this case, when the actress dragged Richa's name, Richa filed a defamation suit against the actress. Richa filed a suit against the actress for making false, baseless, indecent and derogatory statements and demanded compensation of Rs 1.1 crore as compensation. After which the actress's lawyer made a statement that her client is ready to apologize to Richa. But the actress refused to apologize to Richa. In this case, Richa also complained to the Women's Commission.

Bombay High Court gave two days time:

On hearing this case, the Bombay High Court had said that if the two sides wish, they can resolve the matter by negotiating among themselves. For this, the court had kept the date of next hearing on 14 October i.e. today. Now today finally the two parties have scrapped the case with mutual consent.
