UP: Roadways bus and Bolero collide head-on in Pilibhit, eight killed - 40 injured

Roadways bus and Bolero collided head-on on the Puranpur-Khutar highway in Pilibhit.

A painful accident occurred in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. Roadways bus and Bolero collided face to face near village Bari Bujhiya at around 3 am on the Puranpur-Khutar highway. Eight people died in it. 40 people have also been injured in the accident, in which the condition of 11 is stated to be critical. The collision was so tremendous that the roof of the bus broke apart. At the same time, the test of the Bolero flew.

Superintendent of Police Jayaprakash arrived at the scene at night with the force of several police stations and took out the injured trapped in the vehicles. All the injured were taken to the Puranpur Community Health Center. When the condition became critical, he was referred to the district hospital. At the same time, Shyam (12) son Arvind, resident of Gomti Nagar, Lucknow succumbed to his injuries while being treated at Pilibhit district hospital in the accident. Roadways bus was coming from Lucknow to Puranpur.

Chief Minister gave instructions to provide proper treatment to the injured

At the same time, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has deeply mourned the death of people in a road accident in Pilibhit district. He has expressed his condolences to the bereaved families of the dead, praying for the peace of the departed soul from God. The Chief Minister has instructed the officers of the district administration to provide proper treatment to the injured people in this accident.
