Balia Murder Case: MLA Surendra Singh reached the police station to file a case on behalf of the accused party in Ballia

In Durjanpur of Revathi police station area, BJP MLA Surendra Singh along with supporters of the BJP reached the police station to file a case on behalf of the accused party.

The case is taking political form after one person died in firing after a fight in the presence of SDM and CO during the allocation of a quota shop in Ballia. A case has been registered against eight people including two of his brothers along with the main accused BJP worker Dhirendra Pratap Singh in this case. BJP MLA Surendra Singh, who came openly in support of the accused party, has now reached Revathi police station to register a case on behalf of the accused's family.

MLA Surendra Singh of Bairia reached the police station along with supporters of BJP's Bairia to register a case in the murder case in front of the police team at Durjanpur in Revathi police station area. During this time, the MLA along with the main accused Dhirendra Pratap Singh's family also have injured women and children. MLA Surendra Singh, who arrived at Ballia's Civil Hospital, started crying after meeting the family members of the accused.

MLA Surendra Singh said that the administration is taking unilateral action. I had to come today for not having medical for three days The way the FIR of the first party has been registered, similarly if the FIR of the second party is not registered, then I will sit on fast unto death. I will do satyagraha and end my life.

MLA Surendra Singh says that Dhirendra Pratap Singh's family has also been injured in the fight. In this case, their FIR should also be registered. When the police spoke of medical before the case, the MLA went to the CHC along with the people of the accused family and the crowd. There was no doctor there. After this, the MLA took everyone to the district hospital. SPs also reached the police force due to the huge crowd.

Meanwhile, police raided some places to arrest the other accused in the shootout, but did not succeed. In this case, the police has so far arrested only Devendra Pratap Singh and Narendra Pratap Singh, the two brothers of the main accused Dhirendra Pratap Singh.
