Actress Kangana Ranot has got relief from Bombay High Court. The High Court has given interim protection against the arrest of Kangana and her sister Rangoli Chandel in the sedition case. Kangana filed a petition in the Bombay High Court against the police FIR in this case. However, the High Court has directed him to appear before the Mumbai Police on 8 January.
Let me tell you, through a post on social media, Mumbai's Magistrate Court had ordered a Bandra Police to investigate and investigate against Kangana and her sister on the charge of spreading hatred among various communities. Complaint was filed against Kangana and Rangoli by casting director Munawwar Ali, in which he also accused the film industry of maligning the entire industry.
Kangana and Rangoli filed a petition to quash the magistrate's order and FIR issued on 17 October. Kangana's Waqil Rizwan Siddiqui assured the High Court that the two sisters would appear before the Bandra Police on January 8 between 12 and 2 pm to get their statements recorded. The High Court will hear the case on January 11.

The special thing is that Justice SS Shinde objected to the imposition of section 124A and asked why the police impose this section in such a case? The judge also directed to organize a workshop for police officers, which should be told which section should be imposed. After the High Court order, Kangana took to Twitter to thank Justice Shinde.
