Ranchi: The RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav will be heard in the Ranchi High Court today in the jail manual violation case. Earlier, the Jharkhand High Court had sought information from the Jharkhand government regarding the shift from Lalu Prasad's rims' paying ward to Kelly Bungalow and bungalow to ward.

In which the court said that on which basis, on whose orders Lalu Prasad Yadav was shifted to Kelly Bungalow ward. The court had also questioned at that time that when the jail superintendent said that this decision was not taken by the jail administration, then who and on whom was this decision taken.

Let me tell you that many questions were asked to the state government in the jail manual case, to which the government advocate had no answer. Let us also tell you that Lalu Prasad Yadav was told about his provisions to make him available in the hospital. In which it was argued in the court that there is a provision of giving the money in jail.

On this, the court again raised the question and asked the government whether the prisoner who is being treated out of jail can get a serviceman. The court further asked what is the procedure for appointing the sevadar. After this question, the government had no answer.

After which the state government asked the court for a few days' time to give a satisfactory reply, on which the court expressed resentment. But the court gave the last chance to the state government and asked to appear with full preparation next time and postponed the hearing till 7 January and gave the second date of 8 January.
