50 percent attendance in Maharashtra colleges to begin from January 20, read details

Schools for Class 9 and 10 reopened in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra. Two teachers were found to be coronovirus positive.

Colleges under the purview of universities in Maharashtra will be started from January 20 with a 50 percent attendance of students. This information was given by Uday Samant, Higher Education Minister of Maharashtra. Samant said that the Higher Education Department has taken this decision after talking to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

State colleges have been closed since March 2020 due to Kovid-19. At present, only a few educational institutions are working, which are providing higher education including schools up to ninth, 10th standard.

Talking about opening of schools in Maharashtra, the students were opened from January 4 to class 12 from January 4. Most schools in the state were preparing to conduct classes from January 4, here too the Corona Guideline will be strictly followed. Also, after the school opens, the corona test of teachers teaching there will also be done.

School closed in Mumbai till 15 January All schools in Mumbai will now be closed till 15 January 2021. Earlier it was decided to keep the schools closed till 31 December 2020, but now it has been decided to keep it closed till 15 January.

It is being told that this decision has been taken after the new type of corona cases are revealed. Information was given in this regard from the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and it was said that this decision has been taken in view of new cases of Corona. Many states in the country have decided to open schools in the new year, while in some states, it has been decided to keep schools closed.
