Bihar Board Exam 2021: Bihar School Examination Board i.e. Bihar Board Examination Guidelines was released on Tuesday for the Intermediate and Matric Annual Examination 2021 for the theoretical subjects examination. According to this, wearing shoes and stockings is forbidden in the examination hall.
No entry will be allowed in the examination hall by wearing shoe-stocking. Students have to arrive at the center ahead of time. Entry will be closed 10 minutes before the exam starts. Adequate distance will be kept from one bench to another to prevent Covid-19 pandemic infection. Deputies will be deputed in the ratio of one observer to every 25 candidates. There will be at least two specifiers in a room.
No tension if the admit card is lost
It has been said in the guidelines that the photo of the candidates will also be given in the answerbook for the inter and matriculation examination. During this time, if the candidate's admit card is lost or is left at home, in such a situation, the candidate will be allowed to sit in the examination by identifying it with a scand photo in the attendance sheet and verified with a rollsheet.
In case of wrong in the roll sheet, take the declaration form from the relevant candidate and according to the central card admit card, let them attend the examination of the above subject and improve the attendance sheet and the roll sheet and put their signature and seal. A 24-page answerbook will be given for Matric Mathematics and Higher Mathematics subjects, in which there will also be a graph paper on page 23. At the same time, the answerbook for all other subjects will be 20 pages.
Separate seating for girls
The board has said that if both the student and the student have been affiliated in the examination center in the matriculation, separate seating arrangement for the girl students will have to be ensured. Seat planning will be arranged in such a way that all the candidates of a roll number code will sit in the exam in ascending order by roll number.
This should not cause any problem in distributing printed roll number answer books, OMR answer sheets and attendance sheets among the candidates. Desk-benches will not be attached to the walls. Only two candidates will sit on each bench.
