JRBT Recruitment: 2410 vacancies, 10th pass apply for many posts including clerk and agriculture assistant

Tripura Joint Recruitment Board is recruiting on a large scale for Group C posts. The posts to be filled include Clerk, Agriculture Assistant and Pump Operator. For this, minimum qualification 10th pass has been sought.

The Joint Recruitment Board (JRBT) of Tripura has issued a notification for recruitment to various posts including Lower Division Clerk and Agriculture Assistant. Applications for these Group-C posts can be made by visiting the website of Tripura Joint Recruitment Board. The last date for application is 12 March 2021.

Age Limit - 18 to 41 years (age relaxation will be for reserved category candidates)

Pay Scale
Lower Division Clerk / Agriculture Assistant - Pay Band Rs 5700-24000, Grade Pay Rs 2200
Junior Pump Operator / Junior Multi-Tasking Operator - Pay Band Rs 5700-24000, Grade Pay Rs 2100

Educational Qualification: -
Lower Division Clerk - Must have passed 10th or its equivalent examination from a recognized board. With knowledge of computer operating, it is also necessary to be able to type in Bengali language at least 30 words per minute.
- Agriculture Assistant (TAFS Grade 3) - Must have passed 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Junior Pump Operator / Junior Multi-Tasking Operator - NTC Certificate in Welder, Plumber, Turner, Fitter, Mechanic Diesel, Pump Operator cum Mechanic Wireman and Electrician with passing 10th examination from a recognized board.

The selection process
will be done through selection instrument examination and interview on these posts. In this first paper, there will be questions related to knowledge, work of English language / Bengali language. Whereas in the second paper, there will be questions of current affairs and general knowledge. There will be an interview of the selected candidates. The written examination will be of two hours. Both papers of written examination will be of total 170 marks. General knowledge will be of 100 marks in it. Whereas, the interview will be of 30 marks.
