1) How was you Journey from a Small Village to a Big City and today a Anchor of India’s No 1 News Channel ?
Ans : It was a good and adventourous journey, starting Jan Ki Baat . We used to take interview in Connaught Place. Talk to every person making a group discussion on current topic. He also said that never get frustrated, keep trying, keep moving forward, God will always do well.
2)Who was your Idol on this field
Ans : I did not have idols in this field, But If I can contribute to take the country forward through my work, it is a very good thing.
2010 was a year in which Arnab Goswami debated in the English news channel and the spirit of the debate had changed, so I liked his way of debating and encouraging him.
3) How did the dream of a Psephologists come?
Ans : I have always had an interest in Elections, I used to like politics very much. I have worked in a very Political Campaign. The psephology was a concept, roamed everwhere and talked to people, then an understanding came to mind and his own model made him psephologists coincidently.
4) Who has been the most important contributor to becoming successful in this journey?
Ans : My team, my friends and the people who have supported me at every step.
When I was given a platform from a lot of channels, Arnab Goswami recognized my talent and he gave a big platform and push to that talent, I will always be thankful to him.
5) Your Jan Ki Baat Team had shown the most trustworthy and most credible report in Republic & Republic Bharat Exit Poll in which it was said that your team had visited 80 thousand kilometers? Say some of its experiences
Ans : This was my most fortunate tour, still traveling for assembly election. It is my belief that if you want to change the country, then you have to stay on the ground. If you want to learn something then stay on ground go to villages and talk to them to get their experience .
The sad thing is that the young media reporter and politician feels that the politics is done from Delhi or the work of the media is done from Noida but its not true because we can change the country by sitting on ground.
Pradeep said “The Prime Minister of our country had such a great experience on the land, then he is representing India globally”.
6) What message you would give to youth reporter like us ?
Ans : There is a phrase “Charai Bedi Charai Bedi Charai Bedi” that means “Chalte Chalo Chalte Chalo Chalte Chalo” so Chalte Chalo don’t keep any expectation, always trust and believe in yourself, don't be dependent on others then One day you will become the shinning star.
