Mercedes-Benz has launched 'Me Connect' service for its cars in India, the service will work on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. These include the Mercedes' Me Connect Communication Module. The company has said that through this app, you can access your iPhone and Apple Watch at any time, any time, through your Mercedes-Benz fingertips.
Through Mercedes Me Connect, the Mercedes car will always be connected and will provide a direct link to the Mercedes-Benz vehicle, in which you will be able to access many functions of the car and those functions are as follows. Through this app, you will be able to get all the information about your vehicle, if you want, Mercedes-Benz Direct will also send your iPhone via push message. This app will support customers during accidents or even in car faults and will book a maintenance appointment and service for you. Customers will be able to personalize what details they want on their smartphone through push notifications.
The company has introduced Mercedes Me in three stages and is providing Adapter based OBD solution in the first phase. In this, existing customers from 2007 to 2018 will have to pay 5000 rupees for it and for them it will be free from the year 2019. The service will start from 15 November 2019, while in the second phase the company will provide e-SIM for the car and in the third phase and the last phase the company will offer the car with e-SIM inbuilt.
