Justice Mohan M. Shantanu Godar has separated himself from the hearing in this case. Now a second bench of the Supreme Court will hear the matter on Friday i.e. 14 February.

Sara Abdullah has said in her petition that it is illegal to detain Omar Abdullah. Also, the petition states that there is no question of any threat to law and order from them. Despite this, Omar Abdullah has been charged with PSA, it is totally wrong. The petition demanded that the February 5 order to keep Umar Abdullah in custody under the PSA should be quashed immediately. After this, he should be produced before the court.
