The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) postponed the Combined Higher Secondary (10 + 2) Level Examination (Tier-1), 2019 on Thursday. The Staff Selection Commission has taken this decision in view of the danger of coronavirus. The SSC has said in its official notification that the Commission has postponed Combined Higher Secondary (10 + 2) Level Examination (Tier-I), 2019, keeping in mind the safety of candidates of COVID-19. This order will be effective from 20 March 2020.
Similarly, the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Quality Surveying and Contract) Examination (Paper-1) 2019, which starts from 30 March 2020, has also been postponed. The Commission has issued an advisory saying that the new date for the examinations will be released soon. Explain that Combined Higher Secondary (10 + 2) Level Examination (Tier-I), 2019, started from 17 March this month and was to be held by 28 March 2020.
However, experts say that in the meantime, students should avoid rumors on social media and other platforms. Non-social elements can spread false rumors about the examination cancellation. In such a situation, the candidates should not ignore the rumors and go to the official website, get the information related to the exam and rely only on official notifications.
Explain that the Staff Selection Commission, SSC conducts the CHSL exam every year. Based on this, every year, government departments, ministries, and offices are recruited for the posts of Lower Division Clerk, Junior Secretary Assistant, Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, and Data Entry Operator. The exam takes place in three stages. The first stage consists of computer-based exams. The second level consists of a descriptive paper and the third stage consists of a skill test or typing test.
Objective questions are asked in the first stage exam, which has many answer options. The question papers will be in both Hindi and English. Let the candidates know that 0.50 marks will be deducted on every wrong answer. In such a situation, answer the question wisely.
