In such a situation, Chinese students want to reach home somehow. But restrictions and cuts on commercial flights have got them in trouble. According to Wari Flight, an agency providing air statistics, on Tuesday, 3102 flights were canceled out of 3800 commercial flights to and from China. Due to this the demand for air tickets has increased a lot.
Commercial director Anelis Garcia of Private Fly, a company that operates chartered flights around the world, said that agents for many wealthy Chinese families are contacting private jet aircraft companies to take students home in groups.
After the ban on all commercial flights from Beijing, it is believed that international flights from Shanghai will also be banned soon. Hong Kong and Macau have already banned transit flights. In such a case, a 14-seater Bambardier-6000 aircraft from Las Angeles to Shanghai is charging for $ 325,300. Accordingly, the per capita population is falling at around 23000.
