Country's first corona vaccine ready, testing approved on humans from next month
India's vaccine manufacturer Bharat Biotech has announced that it has made an effective vaccine on the corona virus. The government has also approved clinical trials of the vaccine.

India's leading vaccine manufacturer Bharat Biotech has announced that it has made an effective vaccine 'Kovaxin' (COVAXIN) on the corona virus. With this, the first and second phases of human trials have also been approved for the country's first vaccine effective on Corona. Bharat Biotech said in its official statement that it has prepared it in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research, ie ICMR and the National Institute of Virology (NIV).
The drug regulator Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare have approved phase-1 and phase-2 human clinical trials of this indigenous vaccine. The company said in its statement that the vaccine will start testing on humans from next month. The company also said that the corona virus strain (SARS-COV-2 strain) was isolated at NIV in Pune and later transferred to Bharat Biotech.

The collaboration of ICMR and NIV in preparing it was remarkable. CDSCO's proactive approach was helpful in getting its testing approved. ' Efforts are underway all over the world to prepare Kovid-19 vaccine. No one has been successful yet. However, some companies have reached the stage of human testing of the vaccine.
Earlier, the company had submitted the results of pre-clinical studies to government institutions. Human clinical trials will be started across India, according to news agency IANS. Dr. Krishna Alla said that our R&D and manufacturing teams worked tirelessly in deployment of technologies. Undergoing national protocols, the company continued its rapid work in completing extensive pre-clinical studies, which have also had excellent results.

These celebrities include Desmond Tutu, Mikhail Gorbachev, Malala Yousafzai, George Clune, Thomas Bach and Andrea Boselli.
