Amidst the retreat of the Chinese Army from Hot Spring and Gogra on the LAC in eastern Ladakh, the Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar said it is clear from diplomatic channels that China has begun the process of reversing its forces is. NCP chief Pawar praises PM's visit to Ladakh
He said that the leadership of the country should do the same thing to increase the morale of the soldiers. Sharad Pawar said that when we lost the war in 1962, then Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and then Defense Minister Yashwant Rao Chavan went on LAC and encouraged the soldiers, just as the current Prime Minister has done. Whenever such situation arises, the leadership of the country should come forward and encourage the soldiers. Although Pawar is supporting Prime Minister Modi on the issue of China, but the leader of Pawar's ally, Congress, Rahul Gandhi is attacking the government every day.
Sensitive matters should not be politicized
Some time ago NCP President Sharad Pawar said that issues related to national security should not be politicized. One should not forget that in the war of 1962, China had annexed 45000 square kilometers of land in India. Feedback was sought on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's statement in which Rahul is talking about 'surrendering' the Prime Minister on Chinese incursion into Indian territory. The former Union Minister while replying to this said that the whole matter is very sensitive. There should not be politics on this.
China did provocative work in Galvan Valley
Let me tell you that even in the all-party virtual meeting of PM Modi convened a few days before 20 Indian soldiers were sacrificed in the Galvan Valley, Sharad Pawar made a similar statement opposing the stand of the Congress. Sharad Pawar said that the defense minister cannot be directly blamed for the incident in the Galvan valley of Ladakh. Because during the patrolling there were Indian soldiers alert. In the Galvan Valley, China did the provocative work.
