The education department has postponed the planning process of more than 90 thousand primary teachers. However, the application process will continue. In view of the order given by Patna High Court recently, the department issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday. Accordingly, the schedule after July 14 has been banned. It has also been said that by July 14, applications will be taken from candidates who have completed 18 months' DLAd and have passed TET or CTET.
Further process will be postponed till further orders. In the notification from Education Department Deputy Secretary Arshad Feroz, it has been said that only after getting a clear order from the High Court, the next process of planning process will be started. In the case of Neeraj Kumar and others vs State Government and Hare Ram Kumar and others vs State Government, the High Court has stayed the final selection list until a clear order is made on the issues in this case. .
Instructions were made for the appointment of the candidates who passed the D.L.D.
It has been clarified in the notification that on December 17, 2019, the order said that two-year-old DLEd candidates should be employed in elementary teacher planning. If the D.E.L.D. candidates are not found, then B.Ed ones should be given a chance. Also, the order was that the priority list of trained teachers of both DLEd and B.Ed should be prepared separately for classes one to five. Similarly, the order related to the merit list was issued, but the High Court has stayed the preparation. At present, the education department has postponed the planning process related to 17 December 2019 with immediate effect in compliance with both the orders of the High Court.
