Mexican influencer Wendy Guevara surprised her followers by going into surgery on Monday for another cosmetic procedure.
Days earlier, the winner of La Casa de los Famosos Mexico revealed that she would undergo liposculpture with fat transfer, a procedure in which fat is extracted from certain areas of the body to transfer it to her legs and buttocks.
In addition, the influencer indicated that she also planned to have her bust augmented, seeking an improved silhouette and a slight increase in size.
The news was released a few hours after the public revelation of her identity on the show Who Is the Mask?, where she participated as “Maria Ovina”.
According to her friend Salma, the operation took longer than expected, but went well and without complications.
Wendy ruled out undergoing rib relocation, a waist-slimming procedure that her friends Paola Suarez and Brigitte did have, as she has important professional commitments in the coming months.

“I'm not getting my ribs removed because I'm being offered fights, you know how it is these days for influencers to fight, they want to put me up against Alfredo Adame or Ricardo Peralta. I'll see who I end up fighting. That's why I'm not getting my ribs removed right now,” she said.
