Jharkhand Planning Policy 2016: Supreme Court also said unconstitutional, stamped on the decision of the High Court
The Supreme Court has upheld the decision of the Jharkhand High Court, in which the High Court had quashed the 2016 planning policy of the state government as unconstitutional.
