40 newly promoted officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) have been appointed and posted in Jharkhand. The Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language of the Government of Jharkhand has given this information. Along with this, he has also been given the charge of Director of State Minorities Finance and Development Corporation and Joint Secretary of State Disaster Management Authority.
