Bihari laborer killed in Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists shot Dilkhush, a brick kiln worker

On Thursday, a banned Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist shot dead bank manager Vijay Kumar in the bank premises in the Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. He was a resident of Rajasthan. This is the third time a non-Muslim government employee has been murdered in the Valley since May 1. At the same time, this is the eighth case of target killing in the last one month. The Resistance Front, a front organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba, has claimed responsibility for the attack. Here, within 12 hours of the murder of the manager, the terrorists targeted the laborers working at the brick kiln in the Budgam district late on Thursday night. In this, Dilkhush of Bihar and Goria resident of Gurdaspur in Punjab were injured.
Blood-soaked Dilkhush dies
Both were taken to a hospital in Srinagar, covered in blood, but Dilkhush succumbed to his injuries. The condition of Goria is said to be stable. After the incident, the entire area was surrounded by security forces and police personnel. The search operation is going on in search of terrorists. After the incident of target killing in Kashmir, there was a high-level meeting between Home Minister Amit Shah and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. Minister of State Jitendra Singh also attended the meeting. Shah has also called a meeting on Friday, in which the Lieutenant Governor of Kashmir will also be present.
The wedding took place in February, the village was to come next month
Bank manager Vijay Kumar's father Om Prakash Beniwal, after hearing the news of his son's death, said that his son was admitted to EDB in March 2019 and was married in February this year. He was about to come to his native village Bhagwan in the Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan for 10-15 days next month, but destiny had something else in mind.
The family is in deep shock after this incident. Kumar started working in the Kulgam branch a week ago. He was earlier working in the Kokernag branch of a bank co-owned by the Central Government, Jammu and Kashmir Administration and State Bank of India. SBI issued a statement saying that the bank is committed to ensuring the safety of all its employees, including those posted in the Valley.
