The ticket for non stop flight from Delhi to Darbhanga before Diwali is Rs 21,420. Whereas, the ticket for non stop flight from Delhi to Dubai is only Rs 11,690. According to Minister Sanjay Jha, it is easy to travel from Delhi to Dubai during the festival season. But, going to Darbhanga in Bihar is expensive. He has not blamed the airlines, but the Ministry of Civil Aviation of the Central Government, for the huge jump in the price of air tickets.
