According to Minister Sanjay Jha, it is easy to travel from Delhi to Dubai during the festival season. But, going to Darbhanga in Bihar is expensive. He has not blamed the airlines, but the Ministry of Civil Aviation of the Central Government, for the huge jump in the price of air tickets.
