After this, a meeting of the two leaders took place on Sunday morning. However, the reason for Mohammed bin Salman not attending the meeting on Saturday is not yet clear.

In fact, while talking to the media, Antony Blinken said that his conversation with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was very good. He said that Israel has the full right to protect its citizens and respond to attacks on them. Blinken also said that he is trying his best to ensure that this conflict does not escalate. According to Saudi Arabian media, during the meeting, the Saudi Arabian Crown Prince said that the current conflict should stop and international law should be followed. Saudi Arabia also talked about Israel resuming the supply of electricity and water in Gaza. Saudi Arabia has also reportedly expressed displeasure over Israel's action.

After this meeting, Antony Blinken had talked about the opening of the Rafah border between Gaza and Egypt, but at present the Rafah border is closed and Egypt has banned the people of Gaza from entering their border.
